HOW TO SCHEDULE A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT
Step 1: Contact us at the Rooms
To schedule a follow-up appointment, please call the rooms on 026675 073 or email: pm@specialistortho.net.au
When contacting us, mention that you are a returning patient and provide your unique patient identifier (if available). This will help us quickly access your medical records and streamline the scheduling process.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT
- Referral from your GP (or specialist)You may need a new referral if the old one has expired.
- Updated Medical Records: If you have seen any other healthcare providers or had additional tests since your last visit, please bring copies of those records.
- Medication List: An updated list of all medications you are currently taking, including dosages and frequencies. Include any new medications prescribed since your last visit.
- Questions and Concerns: Prepare a list of any questions or concerns you want to discuss with Dr Martin during your appointment.
WHAT TO WEAR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being examined. For knee-related issues, shorts or loose-fitting trousers are ideal. For hip issues, consider wearing loose-fitting clothing that can be easily adjusted or removed if necessary.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT
During your follow-up visit, Dr Sam Martin will:
